Data Reporting Analyst

Description

We are looking for a meticulous Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in the Plastics Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data reports and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity hybrid in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and interpret results using statistical techniques

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in BusinessObjects Technologies and Tableau

• Use Microsoft applications to manipulate and analyze data

• Assist in database design and maintenance

• Utilize EO/IR systems for data collection and analysis

• Conduct AB Testing to improve business processes and decision making

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) based on business needs

• Collaborate with team members to improve data collection and reporting methods

• Use Cloud ERP systems for efficient data management and reporting

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

Requirements - Proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies is crucial for data handling and analysis.

• Profound knowledge of Database management is essential.

• Experience with EO/IR systems is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, is necessary for document creation and management.

• Knowledge of AB Testing is required to optimize data results.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is essential for effective decision making.

• Ability to create a Business Requirement Document to capture project specifications.

• Proficiency in creating dashboards for data visualization and reporting.

• Excellent data analysis skills to interpret complex data effectively.

• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization is necessary.
