Key Responsibilities

• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Assist with data cleanup and maintenance projects as needed.

• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations at all times.

• Provide training and support to staff on data entry best practices and procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a non-profit environment.

• Proficiency in data entry software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, database management systems).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
