Data Entry Clerk

Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join one of our clients located in the Miami area. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer databases and spreadsheets.

• Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors as needed.

• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files.

• Assist with data clean-up and data validation projects.

• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.

Requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative role preferred.

• Proficiency in typing and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
