2) data center or IT lab with understanding in basic networking, power/cooling, change management, etc.- PERFECT IF YOU'VE DONE THIS FOR A YEAR OR TWO

3) Proficient with MS Office suite (excel, power point, TEAMS)

4) Working knowledge of Service Now specific to change management and incident management

Organization: Dell Digital (IT)

This is a Project Manager/coordinator position that liaisons and helps support, shutdowns or partial shutdowns of rooms, floors, and buildings. Shutdowns and power manipulations can negatively impact servers, switches, and peripherals. The successful candidate will liason with project owners and IT device/application owners. This is important for notifications so application owners as well as others in IT are aware of the work. This candidate will also be involved in pre-planning and preparation work including, but not limited to, attending planning calls with project owners.
