    As a Data Architect for the services business, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data architecture to support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data needs, and develop scalable solutions to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security. You'll also work with our visualization team to bring to life data through multiple visualization tools such as power BI.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and develop scalable and efficient data architecture solutions to support the ingestion, storage, and analysis of large volumes of healthcare service data.

    • Create data models to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across different systems and platforms.

    • Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain data quality and security.

    • Design and implement data integration processes to consolidate data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

    • Manage DataMart, including performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

    • Define and implement data quality standards and procedures to monitor and improve data quality.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and develop data solutions aligned with business objectives.

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance on data architecture best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

    • Document data architecture designs, standards, and processes, and provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure effective use and maintenance of data assets.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8 years of experience in Databases, data architecture design and data analysis.

    • Proficient with programming languages such as Java Script, Python, SQL, etc.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

    • Collaborate to understand vision, achieve goals, solve problems, and manage conflict.

    • Self-motivated.

    • In-depth knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

    • Proficiency in SQL, data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend), and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7) is a plus.

    • Experience in cloud services such as AWS RDS, Lambda, step functions, glue, Azure etc...Can demonstrate ability through sample
