  • Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing Entry Level Data Analysts for Future Opportunties.

    The Data Analyst is responsible for the analyses of detention complaints submitted through DHS OIG, ICE OPR, ~~~, and ERO. JIC Facilitation of Return Request (FoRR), and other ERO Intake mailboxes or online channels as directed by the COR. Applicants must reside in the Washington D.C. area and be able to work in the facility.

    Operating Hours: 8 am - 8 pm EST Monday - Friday

    Job Duties:

    • Conduct research using ICE databases on specific complaints, the individuals submitting those complaints, or other relevant information related to individual queries or systemic issues in ICE detention

    • Log all information into a web-based case management system

    • Work cases and develop summaries of cases to be referred to an ERO Officer/Agent, ERO field offices, or ICE headquarters offices for follow-up review and action

    • Enter ECCO and agency-related information into the Tableau business intelligence and analytics database.

    • Provide statistical analysis, and ad hoc reporting as required using the Tableau analytics database.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience; or an Associate's Degree with three years of related experience; or five years of related experience if no degree

    • Experience in responding to requests for information, conducting searches in government databases, and developing concise summaries with decision points under tight deadlines

    • Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills

    • Review A-files and other immigration enforcement documentation, and perform detailed analytical and research support services

    • Work independently and manage and prioritize multiple work assignments

    • Law enforcement experience or experience in interpreting and applying immigration law is preferred

    • Knowledge and experience working with RAD Apps; including CRM tools.

    • Strong knowledge of ICE ERO's data systems, and be able to define queries to extract the appropriate data sets. They must also be able to accurately perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of these data sets and summarize findings and recommendations in reports.

    • The ability to read and comprehend documents in English and Spanish is preferred

    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
