  • Supervise a variety of general office and customer service activities critical to the daily results of the warehouse operation.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness

    • Serve as point of contact for customer billing

    • Handle escalated customer issues

    • Coordinate with Operations to meet on-time turnaround goals

    • Partner with Operations to prepare regular reports of customer activity

    • Conduct root cause assessment to proactively improve customer services month over month

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

    • 3 years customer service experience in logistics and/or fleet management

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility

    • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
