Are you ready to be the champion of outstanding service? Come join our team as a Customer Service Representative! Your role involves assisting customers and partners via phone and email, handling complaints professionally, diagnosing and resolving issues, monitoring delivery routes, and processing order changes/cancellations. We're looking for someone with experience in Microsoft Office, preferably in a call center, with excellent customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and the capability to thrive under pressure.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 12 PM - 8:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
