  • NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    Job description

    • Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers inquiring about orders, parts/warranty inquiries, questions with products including technical specifications, and any other questions

    • Provide high level of professionalism and customer service while working with customers

    • Process through customer orders accurately and respond promptly to any escalated customer issues

    • Consult customers through various product features/benefits and make recommendations as necessary

    • Work with internal departments to research and resolve customer inquiries

    • Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure arrival and installation of customer orders
