    Your responsibilities in this role

    • Handle incoming telephone calls

    • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    • Field and send written business correspondence

    • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Proven computer skills

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Background working with Written Communication

    • Microsoft Word experience preferred

    • Good understanding of Computer Programs

    • Adeptness in correspondence

    • Earlier work involving Resolve Customer Complaints

    • General familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Distribute Faxes experience highly preferred

    • Comprehension of Prepare Responses

    • Operational Tasks experience highly valued

    • Practical knowledge of Interpersonal Skills

    • Expertise in data entry

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Statement

    • Deep understanding of documentation

    • About Time experience

    • Previous experience working with Prepare Invoices

    • Customer service experience desired

    • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

    • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

    • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

    • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

    • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

      • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
