Customer Service - Entry Level

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining our standard of excellence in customer interactions and order processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service in processing orders.

• Order Processing: Efficiently enter and process all incoming orders received via phone, email, and fax.

• Mailing and Shipping: Handle mailing and shipping of online orders promptly and accurately.

• Problem Resolution: Process complaints, claims, and credits; conduct research and reconcile discrepancies through the traceability of products.

• Sales Support: Make sales calls to accounts, prepare reports, print invoices, and tabulate end-of-day totals.

• Compliance: Strict adherence to our GMP Food Safety Program is required.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent.

• Previous experience in an office environment with multi-tasking, heavy phone use, typing, and 10-key by touch.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Consistent attendance is crucial.

• Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.

• Participation in all scheduled training sessions and meetings.
