    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

    • Action all customer service desk tickets and prioritise and investigate accordingly

    • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, warehousing and transportation to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

    • Ensure all weekly and monthly reporting targets are met

    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous improvement initiatives

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

    • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role

    • Strong communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

    • Team working and customer focused attitude

    • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and warehouse practices
