Our client, who is one of the top national HVAC and refrigeration management service company located out in Freeport, NY is seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to join their team.
Job Title: Customer Service / Call Center Rep
Location: Freeport, NY
Pay Range:$20 - $23
What's the Job?
Communicating and coordinating with clients, vendors offices, and field technicians via phone and email.
Processing a high volume of business to business service requests in a fast paced environment
Documenting all communications, status updates, and other details in job files and client systems
Flagging and escalating client issues for urgent response as needed
What's Needed?
Experience answering high volume calls and making outbound calls
Excellent communication written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
