    Robert Half's client is looking for a Creative Studio Project manager. As the creative studio project manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the internal workings of our Marketing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work with maximum efficiency. Working closely with our team of industry-leading marketing professionals, as well as external vendors and agency partners, you will foster an integrated process to drive success. Collaboration, communication, and confidence will be crucial for excelling in this role, as our marketing organization is rapidly evolving and integrating new functions.

    Strategic Responsibilities

    • Own all project management responsibilities supporting creative development across partner agencies for omnichannel campaigns and production projects.

    • Develop and maintain creative production processes and identify dependencies for omnichannel campaigns, productions, and social media content workstreams.

    • Organize and support social media content and enterprise strategic development, building tools, calendars, and prioritization.

    • Collaborate with internal/external PM partners to develop and maintain RACI across internal/external creative teams for maximum operational efficiency.

    • Support cross-functional collaboration to align project priorities, milestones, objectives, audiences, and interdependent implications across various departments.

    • Identify opportunities to merge or collaborate across disparate creative workstreams for greater strategic cohesion and efficiency.

    • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of processes and tools to drive resource management and increase efficiency.

    • Facilitate effective communication throughout project lifecycles, ensuring clear understanding of timelines, routing, and job prioritization.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of our marketing calendar and pillars of activity, guiding the necessary stages and gates of briefing, strategy, tactical plans, execution, reporting, and billing.

    • Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to ensure processes and tools drive operational efficiency and support business strategies.

    Deliverables

    • Manage and control project work by creating project plans, routing work for internal approvals, and communicating timelines and changes in scope to cross-functional partners.

    • Maintain a creative resource tracker to ensure appropriate team allocations and coverage plans.

    • Document and relay creative/campaign feedback with external partner agencies.

    • Schedule and facilitate intake and strategic kickoff meetings to align stakeholders and team members on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities.

    • Champion business agility project management best practices across the organization.

    • Facilitate retrospectives with teams to determine improvement opportunities.

    • Develop project status and tracking documentation to manage team workflows and enable aggregated views of pending items for management.

    Requirements

    Core Skills and Competencies

    • 6+ years of project management or relevant experience in a customer-centric marketing organization.

    • 4+ years' experience with agency management, particularly in managing large-scale and complex creative campaigns.

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

    • Experience managing complete lifecycles across complex networks of stakeholders and agency partners.

    • Strong project management skills including planning, timeline management, and meeting deadlines.

    • Hands-on experience with project management systems (e.g., Wrike, Asana, ~~~).

    • Experience leading and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.

    • Procurement/contract-based experience with legal and procurement processes.

    • Ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities, navigate changing priorities, and negotiate with ease.

    • Self-starter with the confidence and ability to tackle new initiatives independently.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, project, and relationship management skills.

    • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex tasks.
