    Overview

    Axient's National Division is recruiting highly talented candidates to support a contract that provides full life-cycle support to the United States Force Assured Access to - National Launch (NSSL).

    Axient is actively seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Contracts Deliverables Manager to join our team in the El Segundo, CA area.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include

    • Understand and Establish Contractual DD Form 1423 requirements levied on contract providers and Data Requirements of said contracts.

    • Manage all Contract Deliverables

    • Act as liaison between the Program Office and Customer on all matters CDRL related (Contract Data Requirements List)

    • Managing Change Requests (CR) and Problem Reports (PR) via Joint Change Control Boards (JCRB).

    • Managing Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for Supplier Management.

    • Construct automated tracking of Contract deliverables upon receipt and distribute to designated Government reviewers.

    • Acquire and distribute Contract Items from contractors to proper evaluators

    • Track all movement of Contractual Deliverables from Delivery, through Review, and final delivery to the Contracting Officer notification to delivering Contractors.

    • Capture and package required responses and respond to Contracting Officer of determinations

    • Knowledge of Contract Management Tools / Configuration Management Best Practices and industry trends

    • Evaluates suggested Government management tools and standards

    • Maintain Management status accounting databases

    • Operate and manage program support library and Engineering repository

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Engineering or in a STEM discipline

    • Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Mechanical/ Engineering in relevant fields of Contract/Data Management and/or Configuration Management, respectively.

    • FAR/DFAR/DiD

    • Track EVM and EAC projections

    • Must be able to obtain DoD secret clearance. Must be able to maintain the required clearance

    • Proficiency with MS Office products to include Word, Powerpoint and Excel

    • Proficiency in online management and repository tolls

    • Experience with Air Force requirements for management required.

    Must meet applicable COVID requirements and protocols
