  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects by providing on-site leadership and overseeing all field operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and plan layouts.

    • Schedule work and oversee subcontractor activities.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

    • Manage construction schedules and deadlines.

    • Train and mentor construction workers and apprentices.

    • Provide quality control for work performed.

    • Communicate project progress to superiors and clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role.

    • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.

    • Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.

    • Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.

    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

    • Ability to communicate and report effectively.

    • Aptitude in math and problem-solving.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in construction management is a plus.
