    Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

    The Compensation Associate Manger provides advanced total rewards knowledge to various V&A transactions and projects and supports the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of assigned Total Rewards work stream activities. This role serves as a point of contact for our V&A HR Partner teams (V&A HR Compensation contacts, Client HR Account Leads, V&A HR DE Leads) and NA Compensation Partners. This position is responsible for providing Total Rewards perspective in support of deal teams to assess the compensation transition from cut-over to alignment with Accenture standard compensation programs and processes.

    Job Description

    • Advanced knowledge of Accenture NA Total Rewards philosophies and principles

    • Act as a day-to-day compensation point of contact for V&A HR Compensation contacts, V&A HR Deal Execution (DE), and NA Comp Partners

    • Support the HR V&A DE Lead with compensation approaches for solutions

    • Deliver information and updates to V&A leadership and key stakeholders

    • Apply advanced knowledge of V&A activities and processes as it relates to and impacts NA Compensation

    • Proactively track key V&A information and support communications to broader NA Compensation team

    • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation and tracking of deal information

    • Support the creation and delivery of materials and tools

    • Develop and deliver compensation analyses

    • Continuously work to improve and enhance processes, tools, and materials

    • Balance working in a collaborative and empathetic manner, while adhering to and applying established compensation principles and processes

    • Synthesize complex information and apply knowledge to develop recommendations that support quality organizational decisions and actions

    Basic Qualifications:

    • College degree

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Compensation experience, with strong compensation acumen and the areas of of data analysis and presentations

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CCP

    • Experience in a large, multi-national organization or consultancy

    • Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment

    • Very strong Microsoft application skills - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - experience or expertise with macros and VB is preferred

    Professional Skills:

    • Strong project management and organizational skills

    • Strong analytics/analytical skills

    • Comfortable interfacing with employees at all levels

    • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and competing priorities

    • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

    • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

    As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $97,632 - $182,600 and information on benefits offered is here. (~~~)
