    Position Summary

    Responsible for creating and streamlining internal and external content across a range of divisional/departmental channels, including print collateral (i.e. annual report); digital newsletter, websites, and social media. A natural storyteller comfortable with writing in a digital format; Advanced CMS knowledge (i.e. Drupal) a must.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Posts and maintains communications on electronic boards and websites related to events, programs and departmental/institutional initiatives.

    • Provides routine content maintenance including creating new webpages, updating text, images and video. Implements processes and guidelines to ensure web content is current and accurate. Analyzes site effectiveness to continuously drive usage.

    • Develops content that can be deployed to enhance the awareness of organizational offerings. Supports project implementations using established communication strategies.

    • Participates in the development of end user feedback strategies including customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups

    • Writes various internal and external communications that may include writing, editing, marketing, blogging, and social media communication vehicles.

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field

    Experience

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital content and strategy

    • Advanced knowledge of CMS systems i.e., Drupal.

    • Experience with HTML & CSS.

    • Experience in video editing is a strong plus, comfort with social media is a must.

    • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and web design platforms.

    • Experience in health care, education and/or mission-driven organizations a plus.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
