Siemens Mobility has been actively engaged in pivotal rail transportation projects across Taiwan since 1990. We are dedicated to innovation and excellence in the transportation sector. As part of our commitment to efficiency and digitalization, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Intern. This role will play a vital part in enhancing our internal processes and contributing to our ongoing digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support preparation work for the digitalization of logistic control, order control, and offer control processes.

• Assist in establishing digital control processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage data maintenance and organization to ensure accessibility and reliability.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirement:

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills for daily work interactions.

• Fast learner with a keen attention to detail.

• Positive and optimistic personality, able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Possesses logical thinking and an organized manner in approaching tasks.

• Knowledge of Power Automate, Workflow Automation, and Power BI is a plus.

• Able to work in the office full-time during the summer and commit to at least 20 hours per week after school hours.
