Commercial Construction Superintendent

Actalent is currently working with a general contractor in the DMV market and we are currently looking for a superintendent to support multiple projects in the region. First project will be in Manassas VA. This will be a superintendent II role on a 50,000sqft gym build. Will be demo an old grocery store and building out a new gym space. Herman-Stewart focuses on retail/restaurant projects. They have projects that are interior renovation and ground up construction. Projects range from $300k-$6million. Candidates will be responsible for managing all day to day on project sites. This will include site safety, subcontractor management, Construction Document management, shedule management etc.
