CNC Mazak Programmer

Summary:

A company located in Moline, IL that specializes in making custom & prototype equipment (chemical reactors, vessels, etc.) to be used for various testing purposes, is looking to hire Mazak CNC Machinists! Job Description:

• Setup/teardown machines for custom made parts and create/edit programs in Mazatrol

• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform preventative maintenance when necessary, as well as tool changing

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be able to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Standards (GD&T)

• Ability to use all applicable measuring instruments and gauges

• Must be able to perform quality inspection of all machined parts

• Must be able to set-up, program, and produce close tolerance and precision work

• Must be able to pass practical dimensional inspection test

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 preferred

• 1st and 2nd shift availability

• 2nd shift comes with a $4 shift premium!
