About the Job
In this role, the Technical Specialist (HLA) will oversee the daily operation of the HLA laboratory section to ensure the precision and reproducibility of laboratory test results in accordance with accreditation standards and guidelines. **Indepth knowledge Next Generation G enome **Sequencing HLA _*_ *Experience with waived, moderate, and high complexity testing in a "clinical" laboratory setting through education or work experience required

Required:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree- Medical Laboratory Science Program
Specific Degree(s): Medical Technology/Technician or Medical Laboratory Science
Licensure/Certifications
Required:
Certified Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, laboratory discipline specific or specialty certificate (ASCP or AMT)
3-5 years of HLA job-related experience
