As a Client Relationship Consultant, you will play a critical role in partnering closely with our Sales team and top-level Broker partners to develop and implement customized strategies. Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Delivering upon a strategic relationship plan that includes quarterly/annual goals

    • Providing expert renewal analysis & delivery

    • Delivering outstanding service and selling new lines of business

    Who You Are

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent plus 4+ years related experience (group benefits and/or account management experience preferred).

    • Must be able to acquire and maintain all required state licenses within 90 days. Active life/health license preferred.

    • Must have excellent persuasion, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, presentation, listening, and oral/written communication skills, as well as analytical skills.

    • Advanced math skills required with basic skills related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.

    • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.

    • Maintain accuracy while being detail oriented.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

    • Travel required (25-35%), including overnight stays and time out in the market in face-to-face contact with customers and brokers.

    Salary Range Information

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

    $72000 - $121200 / year

    Time Off Program

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

    Location

    This role offers the ability for a hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) work arrangements. You will work with your leader to determine what days you will go into the office. Management reserves the right to adjust the days required in office.
