    Client Account Manager

    Premium Client Account Managers passionately go above and beyond to support their clients' success in the retail space. As an integral part of the client account team, you'll build strong relationships with your clients, manage projects, oversee reporting and partner with Premium's internal teams to ensure success.

    What will you do?

    • Work closely with your clients to understand their needs and maintain the relationship.

    • Ensure efficiencies through successful set up with the client, project setup and data collection.

    • Give insight into success through delivery of reports to the client.

    • Provide valuable client updates via meetings, reports and follow-ups.

    • Strategically partner across departments to provide creative solutions, best practices and deliverables.

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    • One year in retail merchandising and/or consumer packaged goods/or consumer electronics experience.

    • Expert in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.

    • One year proven history managing accounts and projects.
