Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering and geotechnical design of project sites from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and meet project goals.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 7 years of proven experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in the construction industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, geotechnical engineering as it relates to site development.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
