Associate Attorney's Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.

• Assist in case management, including discovery and trial preparation.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

• Represent clients in court proceedings.

Requirements

• California Bar Admission: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.

• Plaintiff Litigation Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of prior experience in plaintiff litigation is required.
