Description

Our client is looking to hire one Sr Civil PM/ Designer who can assist with various land development projects in the jurisdictions of Howard, Prince George's, and Montgomery Counties in Maryland. They will be responsible for using AutoCAD Civil3D to assist with production of engineering including but not limited to - stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, site grading, preliminary design, water and sewer plans, etc.

This is an office position that is deadline oriented and they need people who are excellent on the software and who have related design experience.

The projects they will work on are commercial, residential (both subdivisions and mixed-use), and industrial (flex warehouse space).
