Call Center Specialist

Description

Robert Half is looking for customer service experts to join a growing company in the software industry. If you are eager to get on the phone and support customers all day long, this job is for you. This contract-to-hire position is located in Yorba Linda and is looking to hire right away.

What you will do every day

• research local businesses who might be interested in the product/services the company offers

• make high volume outbound calls to prospective clients

• document all customer interactions in MS Office programs

• schedule appointments for additional service offerings with sales members

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree highly preferred

• Retail customer service or retail sales experience desired

• Must have eagerness and willingness to meet and exceed company expectations

• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Skilled in MS Office Programs highly desired
