  • Description

    As the Business Improvement Consultant, you will be responsible for engagements ranging from single department processes through to enterprise level, process and organizational redesign. You will work collaboratively to improve processes relating to colleague and customer interactions that drive realizable benefits.

    Primary responsibilities include

    • Improving our business and financial performance

    • Meeting with business owners to review and document processes

    • Acting as liaison between developers and business owners

    • Managing communications and obtaining answers to open questions

    • Understanding project requirements and creating relevant test cases

    • Performing QA testing on newly developed processes

    • Managing system access for developers and future business line users

    • Managing risk

    Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • Clear and concise communication

    • Strong attention to detail with a mindset on the customer experience

    • Experience with JIRA or similar agile project management tools preferred

    • Experience with machine learning AI documents classification preferred

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4-5 years of relevant experience

    Hours & Work Schedule

    • Hours per Week: 40

    • Work Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
