    As a Business Analyst- Reporting & Analytics in Resiliency and Delivery Management, you will be responsible for the creation, automation and maintenance of reporting solutions. You will need your blend of technical skills and competencies while you support the reporting and analytical needs of the Consumer and Community Bank, Operations Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Internal Organization Communications. You will need to absorb, comprehend and simplify different processes, platforms, and requirements to facilitate the development and implementation of new reporting and analytical solutions for internal clients and senior process stakeholders across all Operations functions within your line of business.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Discover and/or translate business needs and/or problems to reporting, intuitive data visualization and user tool-based solutions

    • Facilitate the resolution of reporting requests and inquiries in an organized manner

    • Analyze data to identify trends and drivers of key performance indicators; ability to make proactive recommendations that eases the burden of data consumption on the users' end

    • Facilitate implementation of new reporting and analytical solutions through training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation

    • Ensure adherence to compliance and audit driven requirements to ensure process integrity and consistency

    • Demonstrate agility to adapt to changing business and organizational needs

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; post graduate diploma or degree in the field of Analytics from a reputed Institution

    • 2+ years' experience in the reporting or Analytics domain; well-versed with a variety of reporting solutions

    • Working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases, for building a data warehouse by consolidating multiple datasets.

    • High proficiency in the usage of Tableau; a beginner or intermediate level of proficiency in the usage of Alteryx and Python.

    • Ability to conduct Exploratory Data Analysis and translate data into meaningful and insightful information is preferred

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :

    • Superior verbal, written, consulting, and stakeholder management skills

    • 5+ years' experience in the reporting or Analytics domain

    • Certifications obtained through the respective product developer or through a reputed learning institution.

    • Ability to multitask effectively, in a fast-paced environment, while producing high quality results

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders, across diverse locations and backgrounds, is a must

    • Aptitude to communicate seamlessly with senior leaders (typically at a Vice President and Executive Director levels)

    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and possess a passion for analyzing data as well as intellectual curiosity and creativity
