    JOB DETAILS

    -Full time: Monday - Friday (9am -6 pm), one Saturday a month

    -Rate: $18 - $21/hr (depending on experience)

    -Contract To Hire

    Job description

    -You will be expected to have a high level of proficiency with patient demographics.

    -The employee will be required to be courtesy and professional with all patients and coworkers.

    -Verification of benefits electronically or using insurance websites for imaging exams.

    -Able to quote imaging exam prices accurately and provide tax ID and CPT codes.

    -Scheduling appointments for Ultrasound, MR and CT.

    -Answering very heavy phone volume.

    Requirements

    • Required 2 to 3 years' experience in scheduling and insurance verification.

    • Able to communicate both verbally and in writing with patients and staff.

    • Flu shot is also required.

    • Bilingual in Spanish

    • High School or Equivalent
