You'll collaborate closely with patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls, ensuring top-tier customer service.

• Support patients in understanding and resolving questions about medical bills and insurance coverage.

• Identify and guide patients toward the best payment solutions and financial resources available.

• Partner with healthcare teams, pharmaceutical providers, and insurers to coordinate seamless support for patients.

• Complete additional tasks as needed to enhance team workflows and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to navigate sensitive financial conversations with empathy and clarity.

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare processes is desirable but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
