Banking Customer Service Representative

Description

We are offering a role in the banking industry, situated in Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States. The job function is that of a Banking Customer Service Representative who will contribute significantly to our customer service team. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records with precision

• Resolve customer credit inquiries by providing appropriate solutions

• Monitor customer credit accounts to identify any irregularities

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments from customers

• Apply basic office skills to carry out administrative tasks efficiently

• Ensure adherence to banking and financial regulations in all tasks

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

• Proactively identify potential issues and suggest effective solutions.

Requirements - Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have a strong customer service orientation

• Proficiency in using computers and basic office software is required

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Previous experience in a customer service role within the banking industry is preferred

• Must demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Must have the ability to adapt to changing work environments and business needs.
