    Job Description

    This person will be responsible for ideation and execution of Association initiatives to drive revenue growth via a focus on KPI metrics and strategic company objectives for Associations partners. This person will work as part of a team, but needs to be a self-starter, detailed oriented, creative, and have strong analytical skills.

    Areas of focus include

    • Driving in year revenue through recruitment of new Association partners and development of new processes and execution of initiatives to generate leads for our sales teams.

    • Identify existing customer retention and growth opportunities for overall total portfolio health and growth of customer and revenue.

    • Improve processes that will create better experiences for our partner customers, and internal sales teams.

    • This strategic role will also need strong reporting and analytics capability, thus requires advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

    Job Duties Include

    Elavon/Partner Goals: Collaborate with sales channel GMs to understand partner goals and build strategic action plans for revenue generation. Responsible for the overall satisfaction, management, growth and contract renewals.

    New/Existing Revenue Opportunity Development: Collaborate with sales channel GMs and partners to maintain a pipeline of new opportunities for net new partnerships and existing partners for incremental sources of revenue.

    Partner Management: Create and administer partner business review sessions. Ensure compliance of co-branded content. Develop and administer partner training. Key liaison for conversion management and communications. Develops relationships with industry associations.

    Initiate Sales and Vertical Market campaigns: Work closely with cross functional team members and partners on:

    • Campaigns and marketing activities

    • Monitor market trends and competitors actions in order to gain the competitive advantage.

    • Brand awareness and content management across all medium, leverage website opportunities between Elavon and partners.

    • Leverage retail, small business & commercial/corporate distribution channels. Identify strategic commercialization opportunities including but not limited to: emerging markets, pricing/product margins, product and portfolio mix

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

    • Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Merchant services industry experience

    • Sales and marketing capabilities, specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce

    • Strong sales and relationship management experience

    • Salesforce familiarity

    • Advanced knowledge of sales and sales strategies

    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong management and leadership skills

    • Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills

    • Thorough knowledge of products/services, operations, and current market trends

    • Ability to make critical decisions independently

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $95,285.00 - $112,100.00 - $123,310.00
