  • As an Associate BDM, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing sales funnels for our commercial sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies that attract and nurture leads at the top of the sales funnel.     Key Responsibilities

    • Implement sales funnel strategies that effectively capture and nurture leads from initial customer interest to entry into the Censis sales funnel where you will hand-off to an assigned Business Development Manager using established Funnel Management standard work.

    • Consistently achieve or exceed key performance indicator targets to drive successful lead generation outcomes.

    • Monitor and analyze funnel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments to strategies as needed.

    • Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads through the sales process, optimizing conversion rates.

    • Deliver appropriate sales presentations and sales collateral material to effectively communicate the Censis value proposition to potential clients.

    • Conduct pre-sale work, such as client hardware equipment assessments and post-sale activities, such as document capture, to assist Business Development Managers with increasing overall sales velocity.

    • Stay updated on the latest lead nurturing and customer cold call techniques and tools while honing your overall sales skill toolbox.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area, with a focus on lead generation, lead nurturing, and early sales funnel management.

    • Ability to implement established sales strategy and document activity according to Censis standard work expectations.

    • Ability to effectively qualify potential clients and cultivate leads to increase conversion rate. High resilience mentality that fuels desire to succeed in heavy cold call driven role.

    • High energy, positive outlook, and ability to quickly establish rapport with potential customers via phone or in-person sales calls.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Familiarity with CRM software, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).

    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology environment and navigate through ambiguity to achieve company goals.

    • Consistently maintains a positive, can-do demeanor, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment while inspiring colleagues to achieve their best.

    National: The salary range for this position is $54,100 - $100,500

    This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
