    What you will do:

    • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative support, coordination sales activities, and ensuring timely communication with customers.

    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Sales Coordination: Collaboration with internal departments, including engineering, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and accurate invoicing.

    • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Identify opportunities for improvement and present recommendations.

    • Sales Support Materials: Develop and maintain sales support materials such as presentations, product catalogs, and price lists. Ensure that all sales collateral is up to date and readily accessible to sales team.

    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.

    What we are looking for:

    1. Electrical & Electronics engineering background preferred.

    2. Minimum 5 years experiences of sales for power supply system.

    3. Related experience in Power Distribution system, switchgear, circuit breaker etc.

    4. Related experience in sales, key accounts development and management.

    5. Good communication skills with English.

    6. Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
