    Our client is a small thriving healthcare private practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and personalized medical services. Our client's team is passionate about creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant with patient coordinating experience to join this team.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    • Patient Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.

    • Manage patient intake and registration processes, including collecting and verifying insurance information.

    • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care.

    • Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

    • Administrative Support:

    • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining patient records.

    • Assist with billing and coding procedures, including processing payments and insurance claims.

    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

    • Prepare and distribute patient correspondence and medical documentation as required.

    • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

    • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Foster effective communication between patients, medical staff, and external partners.

    • Collaborate with team members to optimize office workflows and patient services.

    • Provide support during staff meetings and assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting.

    • Proven experience in patient coordination, including scheduling, intake, and insurance verification.

    • Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    • Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-focused mindset.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
