    Insight Global is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant position in downtown Corpus Christi for a top engineering client. As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include reception tasks, such as greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing calls, and delivering messages. Additionally, you'll provide support to office staff by preparing conference rooms for both internal and external meetings. Other administrative duties involve managing and proofreading documentation and records, coordinating employee engagement, arranging travel, and ensuring office materials are stocked and purchased promptly.     Skills and Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    * 2-5 years of relevant administrative work experience

    * Previous expereince communicating with high-level company leadership

    * Previous experience setting up for client meetings and events

    * Strong soft skills

    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and telephone skills.

    * Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment.

    * Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented

    * Ability to handle confidential information.

    * Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook

    An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must. * Associate degree or higher education preferred.
