    We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager based in Spokane, Washington, 99217, United States. This position plays a pivotal role in our company's accounting operations, providing leadership and oversight to our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable system, ensuring compliance with regulations, assisting with financial reporting, and driving continuous improvement in our accounting practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the Accounts Receivable team and oversee day-to-day cash application and collection duties

    • Manage the accounting and accounting system for company stock and member rebate program

    • Develop cash forecasting models to anticipate short and long-term funding needs for member rebates and incentives

    • Mentor and coach the team in accounting policies and procedures, financial reporting, and records management practices

    • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations by keeping customer licensing and registrations up-to-date

    • Assist with the financial reporting process and year-end audit

    • Support audits by regulatory bodies and authorities as needed

    • Oversee the administration of the accounts receivable system and complete monthly account reconciliation between the AR and general ledger

    • Build cross-organizational relationships to execute excellent customer service

    • Monitor all aspects of the accounting team and foster a spirit of continual analysis and improvement in areas of quality and productivity

    Skills

    • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions

    • Experience with ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains (GPAC)

    • Familiarity with IBM AS/400

    • Understanding of Accounting Functions and Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Knowledge of Billing Functions and Cash Activity

    • Experience with Collection Processes

    SALARY RANGE: $72,000 - $80,0000

    Requirements - Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager.

    • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

    • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

    • Must have knowledge of ERP Solutions.

    • Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) is a necessity.

    • Experience with IBM AS/400 is desirable.

    • Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions.

    • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

    • Experience in Billing Functions is essential.

    • Knowledge of Cash Activity is necessary.

    • Must have a thorough understanding of Collection Processes.
