Accounting Clerk

Description

We are currently sourcing for an Accounting Clerk! As an Accounting Clerk, you will be working directly with the vault and will be responsible for counting all money that comes in and is collected across several locations. The Accounting Clerk will count and keep track of revenue generated for the companies, by utilizing an over/short system for daily balancing of the money going in and out of the Vault. The Accounting Clerk will also be responsible for accurately putting together daily deposits to be sent to the bank, scan daily invoices to ensure proper storage of customer invoices.

Requirements

*Previous cash deposit experience.

*Ability to work independently and multi-task.

*Strong data entry skills

*Intermediate MS Office skills.
