In this role, you'll be responsible for processing invoices and payments with precision and timeliness, managing vendor relationships, handling payroll duties (including taxes, benefits, and withholdings), preparing accurate financial statements, and meticulously monitoring and reconciling inventory records to optimize efficiency. We're looking for candidates with previous experience in accounting or finance roles, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Processing invoices, purchase orders, and ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers

• Managing incoming payments and collections

• Payroll processing, including taxes, benefits, and withholdings

• Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Monitoring and reconciling inventory records

Skills

• Invoices (2 years of experience is required)

• Collections (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Payroll Processing (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Financial Statements

• Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required)
