    What you will do

    Main activities and responsibilities for these roles

    • Manage your Assembly organization against set safety, quality, delivery and financial targets by leading and coaching your production team, responsible for SQDCEP KPIs for the area.

    • Continue the implementation of Volvo Production System (VPS), be responsible for the Improvement KPIs, projects lead, achieve contribution from all employees for improvement work, participate in AM/WPO kaizens delivering the increased efficiency of the product line.

    • Full accountability and ownership of your team's development, small team concept introduction, UAW relations, project follow up, pulse results, midterm road map (0-1 year) and policy deployment from plant to operator level.

    • The ideal candidate for this position has Associate's Degree and five (5) years' management experience in a manufacturing environment OR seven years minimum combined education and leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
