Works under the direction of UX Designer II or III and is responsible for creating design concepts, mock-ups as well as flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes, based on personas and research.
Collaborates with Content Strategy, Usability, front-end developers and product partners. Ensures existing Ally UX style guide and standards are applied or considered for all concepts. Serves as support role on project teams.
Bachelor degree in design, user experience, information architecture, marketing, information systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of related experience. Portfolio required. Online experience preferred but not required.
Experience developing website graphic designs (e.g., art, color themes, photographs, web pages) and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands.
Excellent documentation/review skills on all elements of site design from a human factors (i.e., ergonomics of human/computer interaction) perspective to ensure maximum usability and to ensure alignment with the organization's overall objectives.
Experiencing website technology trends through analytics to identify new techniques and ensure optimal site design.
