Apple Mac Engineer
Support the development and delivery of solutions, products, and capabilities into the Barclays environment working across technical platforms (eg device, messaging, mobile, etc).
Ensure the successful integration and alignment of products and services produced by Barclays Collaboration Services - Architecture & Engineering
What will you be doing?
â€¢Working with Product Owners, CTO Architects, and Engineers to ensure products and solutions are fit-for-purpose in the Barclays environment. â€¢Ensure solution comply with Barclays security and regulatory requirements â€¢Supporting Portfolio Managers and Product Owners to assess requirements and develop integrated solutions. Working with Stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives. â€¢Resolving technical challenges in product development and delivery â€¢Working with Service Design, Test and Defect Management, and Service Transition team to ensure successful product development. â€¢Supporting lifecycle management processes â€¢Providing quality assurance of technical documentation and solution delivery
What we're looking for:
â€¢Bachelor's degree in the field of Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience â€¢5 years of Apple MAC enterprise engineering experience â€¢1 year in Financial Services
Skills that will help you in the role:
Demonstrated experience in a wide range of technology areas including: â€¢Device & Workspace â€¢Windows Operating System, packaging, deployment â€¢SCCM â€¢Citrix, VDI, AppV, etc â€¢Scripting and Development â€¢Enterprise Monitoring and Management tools (Tanium, Aternity...) â€¢Infrastructure, Networking, and Applications understanding â€¢The ability to understand technical challenges, propose and develop solutions, and drive resolutions through; Communication and collaboration with stakeholders and engagement with formal testing processes
