    • The Senior Accountant will serve as a key player to the Company in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and our accounting policies and procedures.

    • The Senior Accountant will liaison with our business unit finance leadership to coordinate compliance activities across the organization.

    Primary responsibility for the role include:

    • Identify, communicate, and implement opportunities to improve controls and operational processes through periodic site audits at various Company locations

    • Assisting in preparation of quarterly and year-end consolidated financial statements and related footnotes

    • Reviewing accuracy and completeness of business unit financial data submitted for reporting

    • Assist with technical accounting research and analysis and providing guidance to other groups within the company

    • Takes an active role in the global consolidation and analysis process and interacts with local and foreign subsidiaries

    • Researching and assessing impact of updates to accounting pronouncements

    • Manage our lease accounting software

    • Works with internal and external auditors, as necessary

    • Demonstrating a confident and well-developed communication style, both written and spoken, that establishes credibility and facilitates clear understanding of issues and influence change where appropriate

    • Participation in a variety of special projects as assigned by management

    • Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in accounting from a four-year college or university required

    • Minimum of three years of work experience, including public accounting experience with a concentration on large public companies

    • CPA preferred

    • Experience with Lawson, Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), CostPoint, SysPro or Oracle preferred

    • Must be a US person (US citizen, US permanent resident or individual with protected status) due to US export control laws and regulations
