    • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by state of operation (Florida).

    • Prior experience with SAP.

    • Previous experience in inventory and receiving.

    Required qualifications, skills and experience:

    • High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.

    • New Mexico only: National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT).

    • Basic level PC skills (for example: start up and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents and/or access information on-line).

    • Effective communication skills, problem solving skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.

    • Strong initiative and the ability to work in a team environment.

    • Ability to work in a fast paced production environment.

    • Willing to work a flexible shift which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime.

    Job description:

    Job Summary: Responsible for supporting multiple functions within the inventory group. These functions include but are not limited to: receiving, cycle-counting, pharmaceutical dead stock, reverse logistics, and database administration to facilitate inventory processes. Additionally, this position will back-up the functions for running purchasing and dispensing reports, and conducting root-cause analysis.

    • Create and execute cycle count schedules.

    • Log and track vendor returns and disposition of dead stock.

    • Work and log spillage.

    • Manage inventory invoices for Accounting.

    • Research missing POs, drugs, and shipments.

    • Run various reports such as inventory purchase reports, reports from wholesalers, drug tracking reports, and work-in progress reports.

    • Other duties as assigned.
