Discover more about us at ~~~ .Responsibilities:The Enterprise Optimization Program Senior Consultant supports the Enterprise Optimization Office through oversight and assessment of work stream progress and initiative status, and through guidance and coaching of work stream leaders and initiative owners on the Enterprise Optimization model, cadence and tools. This role is critical to the support and oversight of work stream planning, execution and delivery. The Program Senior Consultant will manage the higher value programs across the various pillars and provide guidance and coaching to other Program Consultants.Key responsibilities:+ Thinks strategically and advises the office of Enterprise Optimization on work stream progress, risks and issues.+ Executes on Enterprise Optimization leadership directives as specified.+ Drives Work stream Leader and Initiative Owner accountability.+ Advises Work stream Leaders, Initiative Owners and the office of Enterprise Optimization on management of interdependencies, prioritization across portfolio of initiatives, facilitation of resource management across stakeholders, and identification of best practices.+ Guides preparations for weekly meeting cadence, including selection of initiatives for review, material development, Enterprise Optimization comments, capture of next steps and Enterprise Optimization Leader preparation and coordination of logistics.+ Provides technical guidance to Work stream Leaders and Initiative Owners on Enterprise Optimization tools, framework and cadence, and on KPI development. Functions as expert in Wave for both day-to-day initiative management and overall Enterprise Optimization management / tracking and coaches others on its use. Performs analysis as needed.+ Solutions for roadblocks and potential progress barriers.+ Collaborates with Work stream Lead and Initiative Owner on new initiative development.+ Collaborates with McKinsey and the Enterprise Optimization Finance Director at the work stream level.+ Identifies change management/communications opportunities. Provides content on work stream updates for Enterprise Optimization communications.+ Represents Enterprise Optimization in weekly office hour sessions, providing support to work stream roles.+ As applicable, leads the execution of design sprints with a focus on creation of new initiatives with process deliverables.+ Serves as a backup for Enterprise Optimization leaders as needed.Education/ Experience:**+ Bachelor's Degree.+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel Pivot tables, Visio, MS Project, MS PowerPoint).+ Excellent communication and coaching skills.+ Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior leadership.+ Demonstrated ability to initiate courageous dialogue, challenge opinions, and influence leadership decision-making.+ Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.+ Five+ years of experience managing cross functional, time-sensitive and high-impact projects.Other Skills:+ Willing to challenge others and be challenged.+ Able to adapt to change, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
