CITY OF TROY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
The City of Troy seeks a qualified Building Inspector.
The Building Inspector is responsible for inspecting buildings and structures to ensure compliance with Municipal building codes and regulations, reviews plans and performs inspections to assure all new residential and commercial construction and facilities conform to zoning and building codes to include: building, mechanical, electrical, community sanitation standards, and other related codes and resolutions.

Education and or experience: High School diploma or GED; and three years of progressively responsible related experience; or, any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
