This position will be responsible to:
Manage the AP email box by actioning emails, answering phone calls, assigning tasks to SSC Teams, communicating priorities with SSC and agency.
Review urgent emails from SSC and vendors and address to arrive at a solution quickly.
Support AP Ledger reporting and business inquiries.
Assist Manager, Accounts Payable with payment responsibilities for CC America and CC Canada.
Includes oversight of vendor selection for weekly payments.
Provide back up for CC Log payables.
Provide training, coaching, and feedback to SSC associates regarding vendor communication, invoice processing and vendor master data.
Review the CIRA RFI tickets, worklist, EDI error and reject report. Assist SSC team with questions and assist communicating with vendors.
Process payments to vendors using company credit card; monitor, track, and record 1099 vendors, prepare 1099 IRS reporting at year end.
Action any emergency reconciliations/vendor issues at local agency to avoid business disruptions.
Run reports for auditing and reconciliation purposes.
Update documents and dashboards for KPI and business reporting. Assist the SSC with template updates.
Provide daily/weekly stats.
Prepare documents for meetings with the SSC.
Miscellaneous related duties or projects as assigned.
Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements:
High Diploma required
Minimum 2 years account experience required.
Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft applications, Excel, Outlook, Word.
Excellent (Verbal and written) communication skill.
Excellent analytical skills.
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Must be availble to work 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday
Skill Sets / Education & Experience Preferred:
Customer Service experience preferred.
Shipping industry experience preferred.
